Common questions
Can I get my figures into my accounting software?
With Fixory Pro and Fixory Business, yes: Fixory integrates with Xero. Connect your own Xero organisation, and your trade invoices, credit notes, payments, refunds and bad-debt write-offs go to Xero automatically. Till takings aren't sent, so on any plan you can export your sales, refunds, payments and takings for your accountant as Excel, CSV or a printable PDF. Fixory doesn't connect to other accounting software.
Does Fixory work out VAT?
Yes, once you're VAT-registered. Fixory works out the VAT on each line of a sale, shows it on the receipt and gives your accountant the records. It doesn't work out VAT return figures or send returns to HMRC.
