  1. Book a phone in

Record the customer, the phone, the fault and its condition, and pick the model from the catalogue.

  2. Send the quote

The customer approves or declines it from a link on their phone.

  3. Fit the part

The part comes out of stock, and the stock movement is recorded.

  4. Check it over

Pass the quality-control checklist before the repair is marked complete.

  5. Hand it back

Take the balance, with a receipt, when the customer collects.

  6. Sell a case at the till

Scan its barcode and it goes straight into the basket.

  7. Buy a phone in

Record the seller's details and your checks, and the phone goes into your used stock.

No. You run the IMEI check with the service you already use and record the result. Devices you record as lost, stolen or blacklisted are refused.

Can I pick the phone model when I book a repair in?

Yes. Staff search a catalogue of brands and models and pick the device when they book the repair in.

How do customers approve a repair quote?

They get a link to the quote. They open it on their phone and approve or decline it, and the repair moves on without a phone call.

Can customers check on their repair?

Yes. They enter their repair number and last name to see where their repair is up to, and they get emails as it moves along.
