Staff access you control
In Fixory, each person has a role, you fine-tune what they can do, and the server enforces it on every action, not just the screen.
Roles and permissions
There are four roles, Administrator, Manager, Technician and Sales assistant, each with sensible default permissions.
- Fine-tune what each person can do. The server enforces it on every action.
- Discounts need permission, which Managers have by default.
Signing in
New staff choose their own password the first time they sign in.
- Your shop's first administrator gets an email with a one-use link to choose their password.
- Staff who forget their password can ask for a reset link from the sign-in page. It works once, for 1 hour.
- Your administrator can also reset a member of staff's password.
- Staff sessions expire after 8 hours.
Tills and attendance
Staff clock in and out, and managers see attendance and export it to CSV or Excel.
- Each member of staff opens their own till, and closing it compares the cash counted with the amount expected.

- There's no two-factor sign-in or single sign-on.

I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
Choose "Forgot your password?" on the Fixory sign-in page and we'll email you a link to choose a new one. The link works once, for 1 hour. Your shop's administrator can also reset it for you.
Can staff have different access?
