Stock control and inventory management for repair shops
Fixory keeps products, barcodes, low-stock flags, purchase orders and suppliers in one place, and shows every stock change with who made it and why. Parts used in a repair are taken from stock as they go into the job.

Products and barcodes
Keep products and categories with sell and cost prices and a minimum stock level.
- Generate barcodes for your own products and print barcode labels.
- Import products from a CSV or Excel file, with a preview before anything is saved.
- Products at or below their minimum level are flagged as low stock, including on the dashboard.
Devices, one unit at a time
New and used devices are kept as stock one unit at a time, by IMEI or serial number. The Devices screen lists your device stock and each unit's status.
- Scan each phone's IMEI or serial number as it comes in. The same number can't be added twice.
- At the till, scanning an IMEI sells that exact phone, and the IMEI is printed on the receipt.
- Write a unit off or return it to its supplier, with the reason recorded.
Every change recorded
Every stock change records who made it and why, and manual adjustments need a reason.
- Parts used in repairs are taken from stock, and refunds put stock back.
Ordering from suppliers
Raise purchase orders, receive them in part or in full, and cancel them with a reason.
- Keep a list of suppliers, and edit, deactivate or reactivate them.

Good to know
- Stock stays with each shop. With Fixory Business you can run several shops, but stock isn't shared or moved between them.
- It doesn't connect to online shops or e-commerce services.
Common questions
Can I scan barcodes at the till?
Yes. Scanning a product's barcode adds it straight to the basket. You can also generate barcodes for your own products and print labels.
Can I bring in the products I already have?
Yes. Import them from a CSV or Excel file. You see a preview before anything is saved.
Can I run more than one shop?
Yes, with Fixory Business. Your shops are grouped into one organisation, each keeping its own records, and staff can work across them with one sign-in. Stock stays with each shop: it isn't shared or moved between shops. Only shops owned by the same business can be grouped, so franchises can't join yet.
